Updates regarding the Khalsa Montessori response to COVID-19
Khalsa has an important role in slowing the spread of this disease. Information about this situation is rapidly evolving, and we are in close communication with the Maricopa County Department of Public Health, ADHS, and the Department of Ed.
Governor Ducey and Superintendent Hoffman officially closed all Arizona schools through the end of the 2019-20 school year and delayed the start of the school year by one week.
Fall Semester began August 17th, 2020 with parents electing either In-Person or Distance Learning format for the fall.
Please check back to this page regularly as we will be using it to communicate updates as more information is made available.
We are carefully monitoring directives from county health authorities who have provided guidance that schools take steps to reduce gatherings of large public groups and increase social distancing. Masks are required for anyone entering the school premises except for Toddlers and Primary students.
