Charter (K-6) Waitlist Applications

Click the Waitlist Applications below to fill out the appropriate application for your child’s age level:

• Kindergarten – Charter
  • 5 – 6 years old
    • Students must be five (5) years old by September 1st to apply
• Elementary School – Charter
  • 1st – 6th Grades
    • Students must be six (6) years old by September 1st to apply for First Grade (1st).

To submit a Waitlist Application:

1. Click on the Waitlist Application link below
2. A PowerSchool application will open in a new window
3. Fill out the Waitlist Application completely
4. Sign and Submit the Waitlist Application
5. You will receive a Confirmation Email when completed
6. Your Waitlist Application will be sent to our Admissions Coordinator ([email protected])
   • Our Admissions Coordinator will send you a confirmation email within 2 business days
     • Please check your Spam Folder if you do not receive a confirmation email within 2 business days
