Toddler & Primary Waitlist Applications

Click the Waitlist Applications below to fill out the appropriate application for your child’s age level:

  • Toddler Program
    • 18 months – 3 years old
      • Students must be 18 months by September 1st to apply
  • Primary Program
    • 3 – 4 years old
      • Students must be 3 years old by September 1st to apply

To submit a Waitlist Application:

  1. Click on the appropriate Waitlist Application link below
  2. An Adobe E-sign application will open in a new window
  3. Fill out the Waitlist Application completely
  4. Sign and Submit the Waitlist Application
  5. Check your email for a Confirmation Link from Adobe
  6. Click on the link to confirm your email
    • You will receive a copy of your completed Waitlist Application
    • Your Waitlist Application will be sent to our Admissions Coordinator ([email protected])
      • Our Admissions Coordinator will send you a confirmation email within 2 business days
