Toddler & Primary Waitlist Applications

Click the Waitlist Applications below to fill out the appropriate application for your child’s age:

• Toddler Program
  • 18 months – 3 years old
    • Students must be 18 months by September 1st to apply
• Primary Program
  • 3 – 4 years old
    • Students must be 3 years old by September 1st to apply
    • If your Student will be 5 by September 1st – a Charter Waitlist Application needs to be filled out for Kindergarten

To submit a Waitlist Application:

1. Click on the appropriate Waitlist Application link below
2. A PowerSchool application will open in a new window
3. Fill out the Waitlist Application completely
4. Sign and Submit the Waitlist Application
5. You will receive a confirmation email from PowerSchool when completed
6. Your Waitlist Application will be sent to our Admissions Coordinator ([email protected])
   • Our Admissions Coordinator will send you a confirmation letter/email within 2 business days
     • Please check your Spam Folder if you do not receive a confirmation letter/email within 2 business days
