Toddler & Primary Waitlist Applications

Click the Waitlist Applications below to fill out the appropriate application for your child’s age:

Toddler Program
- 18 months – 3 years old
  - We are accepting students younger than 18 months, but they must be walking independently and able to carry an item with two hands (approximately 14/15 months)
Primary Program
- 3 – 4 years old
  - Students must be 3 years old by September 1st to apply
  - If your Student will be 5 by September 1st – a Charter Waitlist Application needs to be filled out for Kindergarten

To submit a Waitlist Application:

Click on the appropriate Waitlist Application link below
- A PowerSchool application will open in a new window
- Fill out the Waitlist Application completely
- Sign and Submit the Waitlist Application
- You will receive a confirmation email from PowerSchool when completed
Your Waitlist Application will be sent to our Admissions Coordinator (admissions@kmschools.org)
- Our Admissions Coordinator will send you a confirmation letter/email within 2 business days
  - Please check your Spam Folder if you do not receive a confirmation letter/email within 2 business days
